Included in the Chart Controlinstallation are:

Chart.dll
This is the file that holds the control classes and is also the file that is distributed with your application

Chart.PocketPC.asmmeta.dll (PocketPC Folder)
Chart.Smartphone.asmmeta.dll (Smartphone Folder)
Chart.WindowsCE.asmmeta.dll (WindowsCE Folder)
These files are used by the Visual Studio 2005 designer to arrange the properties appropriately and to show pop up help (method description etc..) during development. These files are not distributed with your project.
